Charles R. McKenney’s practice focuses on criminal, traffic, and juvenile law. Attorney McKenney has represented clients in the criminal and traffic courts for over 20 years. He treats his clients with the utmost respect and is conscious of the anxiety and distress a traffic or criminal matter can cause. Having served as a special public defender in juvenile DCFS decisions for 16 years, he understands the challenges of juvenile law and approaches each case with dedication and discernment. Attorney McKenney is also experienced in civil law, which he practiced alongside criminal law at his own private law office before joining Botto Gilbert Lancaster.
