Sharon R. Jacksack practices probate, real estate, estate planning, DCFS, juvenile abuse and neglect, as well as general civil litigation. Attorney Jacksack’s diverse legal background and experience working with children and parents allows her to represent her clients with compassion and dedication. Attorney Jacksack began practicing law in St. Louis, Missouri, where she represented clients in personal injury, workers’ compensation, felony and misdemeanor criminal, and traffic cases. During her time in Missouri, she argued before the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. Her background as an editor for Commerce Clearing House (CCH), a legal publishing house, equipped her to pursue legal cases with the utmost attention to detail. 

Ms. Jacksack has been an active member of the community, volunteering her time to work with parents home-educating their children, and serving as a board member for several not-for-profit organizations, in addition to volunteering as a Girl Scout leader for many years, and as an assistant coach with HRK Eagles Cross-country. Ms. Jacksack’s experience working with parents, as well as their children, enables her to handle legal cases involving minors with sensitivity and discretion. In all areas of law, Ms. Jacksack understands that all families are unique, and finds custom solutions for the challenges parents and families face.
