Francisco J. Botto
“Injuries can be devastating… the pain, the financial burdens, and the uncertainties that come along in the aftermath. My priority is to help my injured clients regain control of their lives as quickly as possible.”
Attorney Botto has successfully litigated complex Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation cases. If you are the victim of another person’s negligence, or you are an injured worker, you face many financial challenges while trying to recover from your injuries. Attorney Botto recognizes your suffering extends beyond the physical wounds. He and his team of attorneys and paralegals will work diligently to maximize the greatest compensation allowable under the law for you and your family.
Mr. Botto’s legal experience extends to the criminal field. He has tried successfully numerous cases to verdict, ranging from simple battery cases to serious felony charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and criminal sexual abuse.
Recently, Mr. Botto settled a workers’ compensation claim for $800,000.00. After receiving permanent total disability benefits for several years, the insurance company cut off medical benefits and filed motions to re-open the case and cut off PTD benefits. Mr. Botto successfully negotiated a disputed resolution. Since some cases cannot be negotiated, Mr. Botto has a busy trial schedule.
In all his legal endeavors, Mr. Botto’s work is punctuated by the high quality of his work and dedication to his clients.
